Since November 2021 we’ve produced offering memorandums and brochures for commercial real estate brokers by hand. OfferingStack automates that process: the page conventions, maps and tables we built for those documents, generated from your own data.

What we make

OfferingStack turns the information a listing team already has (a fact sheet, a rent roll, photos, an address) into marketing documents that hold up in print: a 4-page teaser, a 10–13 page brochure or a full offering memorandum.

It is built for listing brokers, sales representatives and marketing coordinators, especially teams without an in-house designer who still need institutional-quality collateral on a deal timeline.

How we build it

• Facts first. Pages show only data you supplied, data with a cited source, or values we calculate and label as calculated.
• Your call, every time. AI research and drafted copy are suggestions you accept or reject.
• Print craft. Layouts follow the conventions of leading brokerage brochures: full-bleed photography, clear tables, maps with real cartographic detail.
• Plain records of change. What ships is listed in the changelog, with dates.
