Do not use the Service to
- Publish false, misleading or deceptive information about a property, its income, its condition or its availability.
- Market a property you are not authorized to market.
- Upload material you do not have the right to use, such as photos, plans or logos owned by others without permission.
- Include personal information about people without the authority to do so.
- Create content that discriminates in a way prohibited by human rights law, or that is defamatory, harassing or otherwise unlawful.
- Violate real estate advertising rules or the requirements of your regulator.
Do not misuse the Service
- Remove, obscure or work around watermarks on previews.
- Create multiple accounts to obtain more than one free preview.
- Share an account or resell access to the Service.
- Probe, scan or test the Service’s security, or interfere with its operation.
- Scrape, copy or reverse engineer the Service, its templates or its data, except as the law permits.
- Upload malware or send automated requests at a volume that degrades the Service for others.
Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend features or close accounts that breach this policy, as described in our Terms of Service.
