Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. Reviewer note: the time limits below are proposals for the owner to confirm.
Try before you buy
Every account gets one free watermarked preview, so you can check the layout and data before paying.
One-time purchases
A one-time purchase is a digital product delivered when the clean PDF becomes available to download. We will refund a one-time purchase if:
- you were charged more than once for the same document and output type;
- a technical fault on our side stops you from downloading the PDF and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time; or
- a refund is required by law.
Otherwise purchases are not refundable once the clean PDF has been made available. Changing your data and generating again for the same document and output type does not require a new purchase.
Subscriptions
You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give partial refunds for unused time in a billing period, except where the law requires it.
How to ask for a refund
Contact us within 14 days of the charge with the email on your account and the date and amount. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Square; your bank may take several business days to show them.
