Changelog

What’s new, with dates.

Every entry is a feature that has shipped. We don’t list plans here.

Improved

We’re now OfferingStack

  • New name and logo: CRE Listing Marketing Studio is now OfferingStack, at offeringstack.com.
  • New navy and teal colours across the website and app, with text contrast that meets WCAG AA.
  • The free preview watermark now reads “OfferingStack PREVIEW”. Paid PDFs show no OfferingStack branding on the pages.
  • New help guide: styles, Letter portrait tear sheets, and social and email images.

Improved

Google sign-in, photo colour matching and a figure check for copy

  • Sign in with your email or Google, with “Forgot password?”, on one account across the website and studio.
  • Fact sheets can be phone photos, including iPhone HEIC.
  • Match colour across a set of photos, with undo. Uploads are checked for blur and exposure.
  • Check figures: the numbers and claims in your copy are compared with your data and accepted research.
  • Headline and narrative drafts written only from your facts.
  • The population within a 30-minute drive from official 2021 census counts, and weekday traffic counts from Peel, Brampton and Toronto, each with its source.
  • Drag to reorder pages in the builder, and open a Start-a-brochure draft in the builder.
  • Website: stronger contrast for accent links and labels.

New

Your data, a getting-started checklist and new help guides

  • Download a copy of your account data, or request account deletion, from your account page.
  • A getting-started checklist and your recent drafts on the dashboard.
  • Help guides for source badges, brand colours from your logo or website, and annotating aerials and plans.

Improved

Annotated aerials, traffic counts and brand colours

  • A narrative page over an annotated aerial, with a parcel table that shows only the columns you fill in.
  • A servicing page for land listings: water, storm and sanitary lines with symbols and a legend, marked preliminary.
  • Aerial label chips, neighbour logo cards, parcel fills and a legend; a white frame and offer line on Panel covers; a back cover with your call to action.
  • Panel-theme comparables, amenities and occupiers pages.
  • Traffic counts from official highway data (Ontario provincial highways; US federal data) in the location panel, with year and source.
  • Soft radius rings on the demographics map, development areas and a major-neighbours list on the amenity map, and logos inside drive-time markers.
  • Brand colours and font pairings suggested from your logo or website, applied only when you click.
  • Editorial, Bold and Minimal versions of the one-page property summary, and matching social images.
  • Source badges on every pulled, researched, extracted or AI-drafted value, with a checklist of what still needs checking.
  • Draw zones and callouts on floor plans, and outline units on leasing plans.

Improved

Faster previews, photo sorting and render progress

  • Page previews and thumbnails render several times faster after the first one.
  • Sort my photos: a suggested cover, page order and focus points, with logos and plans moved off the photo pages. Nothing changes until you apply it.
  • iPhone HEIC photos convert in the browser where it supports them.
  • Large OMs with many photos render in the background, with a progress bar and a time estimate.
  • Page thumbnails in the builder, and listing status and archive from the builder header.
  • Fill gaps with AI: research only the sections your chosen output still needs. Copy drafts can cite the research you accepted, with publisher and period.
  • Crop and auto-trim for plans and photos with wide margins.
  • Panel-theme unit mix, market and availability pages; tenant logos and “available” chips on leasing plans.
  • Bold town labels on light maps, and a walking-reach overlay on the location map.

Improved

Website: theme gallery and link previews

  • A theme gallery on Sample pages: the same test listing in all six themes.
  • An app icon and a share image for links to the website.
  • Website sections no longer depend on JavaScript to appear.

New

Public website, help centre and legal drafts

  • A public website with features, how it works, sample pages from a fictitious test listing, and a searchable help centre.
  • Draft Terms, Privacy, Cookie, Acceptable Use, Refund and Data & AI policies, published for legal review.
  • A cookie choice for analytics, and a refreshed navy-and-brass look across the website and app.

New

Start a brochure from a fact sheet

  • A guided flow: upload a fact sheet, paste text, start from an address or type it in.
  • Facts read from your file show the page and exact quote, marked “from your fact sheet — verify”.
  • Questions only for the pages in the output you chose: answer, skip the field or skip the page.
  • Page review with add, remove and reorder, and plain reasons for any page left out.

New

Teaser, brochure and full OM outputs

  • A 4-page teaser and an 8–10 page marketing brochure alongside the full offering memorandum.
  • Switch outputs at any time without re-entering data.
  • Pages without enough data are left out with a plain explanation instead of showing empty boxes.

New

Accounts, free preview and checkout

  • Sign in when you generate; drafts started before signing in move to your account.
  • One free preview per account, shown as watermarked page images.
  • Buy a single document or subscribe, with card payments through Square.
  • An account page with your plan, receipts and re-downloads.

New

Location intelligence

  • Drive-time areas at 10, 20 and 30 minutes, with drive times to airports, rail, ports, border crossings and nearby cities.
  • Amenity counts within 3, 5 and 10 km, neighbouring occupiers, transit stops and routes, and retail anchors.
  • “Why this location” bullets written only from pulled figures, each with its source and date.
  • “Refresh location data”, and location sections cleared automatically when the property moves.

Improved

Maps drawn for print

  • Road labels follow the direction of the road; highway shields, north arrow and scale bar on generated maps.
  • Occupier and amenity maps can show logo cards.
  • A comparables map numbered to match the tables, with clustering for large sets.
  • Far points shown as edge pointers; points more than 25 km away left off the map with a warning.

New

New pages

  • Property details over aerial with site outline and dimension lines; floor plans with callouts; stacking plan.
  • Availability and leasing plan, rent roll at a glance, tenant profiles and lease abstracts.
  • 10-year cash flow, financing assumptions, capital expenditures and a KPI dashboard.
  • Area development, transit and connectivity, aerial context, photo mosaics, construction progress, ESG, FAQ, key dates and a fillable confidentiality agreement.

New

Themes and print output

  • Panel theme in the style of leading brokerage brochures, plus Editorial, Bold and Minimal with their own covers.
  • A4 landscape and print bleed with crop marks; links and form fields are kept.

Improved

Photos and logos

  • HEIC and 48 MP photos up to 60 MB; bulk upload of up to 120 photos with pause and resume.
  • Honest correction only: orientation, exposure and white balance. Low-resolution warnings before print.
  • AI suggestions for photo slot, focus point and alt text, applied only when you click.
  • Logo check with transparent and white versions, and a warning when a logo would print as a box.

Improved

Builder and listings

  • Fact-sheet import, CSV and Excel import on every table, and a paste preview that flags cells it can’t read.
  • AI research with sources, saved for 30 days, and copy drafts that drop any figure not in your data.
  • A place-name check that warns when the copy names a different town.
  • A listings dashboard with status, archive, duplicate and the last 20 PDFs of each listing.
  • Faster renders: images prepared once and reused.

New

AI research with sources

  • Research zoning, demographics, market and occupiers for an address, with a source link for every fact and accept or reject per fact.

Start with the fact sheet you already have.

Upload it, answer only what’s missing for the output you choose, and review a watermarked preview before you buy anything.
