Teaser: 4 pages

Cover, a property summary with highlights and key metrics, your best photo or location page, and contacts.

Marketing brochure: 10–13 pages

Cover, property details, photos, location or drive times, amenities, demographics, zoning, and contacts or about. If some of these have no data, other relevant pages for your asset type fill the set.

Full offering memorandum

Every page your data supports: executive summary, tenancy, financials, market, comparables, location and the offering process, plus an optional fillable confidentiality agreement.

Page size, bleed and themes

Choose Letter or A4 landscape, and add print bleed with crop marks for a printer. Links and form fields are kept. The tear sheet, teaser and flyer can also be made in Letter portrait. Six themes are available: Panel, Banner, Frame, Editorial, Bold and Minimal. See Styles, tear sheets and social images.
