Photo and logo guidelines
Formats, sizes and what OfferingStack does to your photos.
Formats and sizes
- JPEG, PNG and HEIC (iPhone) are accepted, up to 60 MB per file.
- Phone, DSLR and drone photos up to 48 MP are fine; they are resized once to print size (4,200 px on the long edge) when uploaded.
- For a full-page photo, aim for at least 3,000 px on the long edge.
- Bulk upload takes up to 120 photos, four at a time, with pause and resume.
What we change, and what we don’t
Photos are straightened (orientation), and exposure and white balance are gently corrected, with mild sharpening. Nothing is added, removed or retouched. Strong colour casts such as twilight shots are left alone. Plans and logos are kept exactly as uploaded.
Low-resolution warnings
When a photo is placed larger than its pixels support (below about 110 dpi at that size), the render report warns you. Use a larger original, or move the photo to a smaller slot.
AI suggestions
“AI suggest slot & focus” proposes where a photo fits best, a focus point for cropping and alt text. Nothing changes until you click to apply it.
Logos
- Upload a PNG with a transparent background where you can.
- Add a white or light version for dark bands. “Check logo on light & dark” can create a transparent version and a white version for you.
- The render report warns you if a logo will print as a coloured box.
Photo checks
Each uploaded photo is checked for blur, blown highlights and under- or over-exposure. Any warning is shown with the upload. A warning doesn’t stop you using the photo; it tells you a sharper or better-exposed original would print better.
Matching colour across photos
Photos taken on different days or cameras can look mismatched side by side. In the OM builder, “Match colour across photos” measures each photo and suggests a gentle overall colour and brightness adjustment so the set looks consistent. Only overall colour and exposure change; nothing in the picture is added, removed or retouched, and twilight shots keep their look. Matched photos are saved as new files, so you can undo, and nothing changes until you apply it.
