Sourced research

Research with sources. Copy with nothing invented.

OfferingStack can research zoning, demographics, the market and nearby occupiers for a listing, but nothing reaches your document until you have seen where it came from and accepted it.

Where every value comes from

Five labels, on every value.

Every figure and sentence in the builder carries a badge saying how it got there.

From your fact sheet

Facts read from the PDF, Word, Excel, image or text you uploaded.

Shows the page and the exact quote it came from, marked “verify” until you confirm it.

Pulled

Location figures: drive times, amenities, transit, traffic counts, census population.

Printed with the data source and the date it was retrieved.

Researched

Zoning, demographics, market, occupiers, property records, transit and infrastructure found by AI research.

Each fact has a source link and a confidence level, and stays out of your document until you accept it.

Calculated

Figures worked out from your inputs, such as gross rent from net rent plus additional rent.

Labelled as calculated, with the inputs it was worked out from.

AI-drafted

Headlines, narratives and highlight bullets.

Written only from your facts and the research you accepted; you edit or replace them.

How AI research works

You decide what goes in.

  1. Research only what the pages need

“Fill gaps with AI” looks only for the sections your chosen output is still missing, instead of researching everything.

  2. Check each fact against its source

Every researched fact arrives with a link to where it was found. Accept or reject facts one at a time.

  3. Reuse it, or start over

Accepted research is saved with the listing for 30 days. “Search again” refreshes it and “Clear saved” removes it.

Copy checks

Drafts that stay inside your facts.

  • Copy drafts drop any sentence that contains a figure not found in your data or accepted research.
  • “Check figures” compares the numbers and claims in your copy with your data and accepted research, and lists anything that doesn’t match.
  • A place-name check warns you when the copy names a different town or city than the property’s address.
  • Source badges mark every pulled, researched, extracted or AI-drafted value, with a checklist of what still needs checking before you generate.

AI research can be wrong or out of date, which is why nothing it finds goes into your document until you accept it. You remain responsible for checking your marketing materials before they go out.
