Your account and data

Download a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account.

Download a copy

On your account page, under Your data, choose “Download my data”. You get one JSON file with your account details, the drafts you started in Start a brochure (property data, answers and page choices), your free preview, purchases and subscriptions. Card details are never stored, so they are not included. Photos and generated pages are listed by their web addresses.

Delete your account

Under Your data, choose “Request deletion”. We confirm the request with you before anything is removed, and act on it within the time privacy law requires. Payment and tax records are kept as long as tax law requires. You can withdraw the request from the same place until it is processed.
