Getting started

1. Start a brochure

Open Start a brochure. Choose how to begin: upload a fact sheet, paste text, start from the property address, or enter details by hand. You don’t need an account until you generate.

2. Review the facts

If you uploaded a fact sheet, each fact found is listed with the page and the exact words it came from. Tick what you want to keep. Low-confidence facts start unticked.

3. Choose an output

• Teaser: 4 pages for a first email.
• Marketing brochure: 10–13 curated pages.
• Full OM: every page your data supports.

You can switch later without re-entering anything.

4. Answer the questions

Questions are grouped by page, most important first. For each one: answer it, skip the field (the page renders without it), or skip the page.

5. Review pages and generate

Add, remove and reorder pages. Then sign in or create an account to generate. Your first document is shown free as a watermarked on-screen preview.

Prefer full control?

The OM builder gives you every field, section and page in tabs, with a live per-page preview. Saved listings appear in your listings dashboard.
