Warnings in the render report and what to do about them.
A map page was left out
Map pages need the property location. If the address can’t be found, or the map service is unavailable, those pages are left out and the report says so. Check the address and city, then generate again.
“Location pin unconfirmed”
The address matched only approximately, for example to the street rather than the building. Check the pin on the location page; correct the address or the coordinates if needed.
Location data looks wrong after an address change
When the property moves more than 2 km, location sections that belonged to the old spot are cleared. Use “Refresh location data” on the Location tab to pull fresh figures for the new address.
A point was left off a map
Occupiers, comparables and amenities more than 25 km from the property are left off the map (they stay in their tables) with a warning. Check they belong to this listing.
“Executive summary names …”
The copy mentions a different town than the property’s city. This often happens after reusing an old document. Edit the text before publishing.
