Annotating aerials, site plans and floor plans
Parcel outlines, label chips, logo cards, plan zones, unit outlines and crops.
Aerials
- Parcels: outline the subject property and neighbouring parcels. The subject is filled in your accent colour and others in your main colour, with an optional legend.
- Label chips: short captions with a leader line to a dot on the feature, for example a road, rail spur or landmark.
- Logo cards: a white card with a neighbour’s logo (or name) and a leader line to its building.
Plans
- Floor plans: “Draw zones & callouts” lets you click the corners of a zone, label it and add numbered callouts.
- Leasing plans: “Outline units on the plan” ties each outline to a unit in your availability table, tinted by status.
- Servicing (land): draw water, storm, sanitary and other service lines and place hydrants, manholes and valves on the aerial. The page is marked preliminary.
Crops
Use Annotate › Crop to keep part of an image, or “Auto-trim margins” to remove plain white borders around a plan. Annotations stay on their features when you crop.
Only what you draw
OfferingStack does not guess parcel lines, services or neighbours. If you don’t annotate an image, it appears without annotations.
