Marketing tools

After the brochure: the sign, the email and the report.

The same listing record that builds your OM also builds the site sign, the email blast and the listing website, and counts who looked so you can report back to your client.

Six tools

One listing, every channel.

  • Site sign panel

    Print-ready PDF

A sign for the property in your brand, built from the same listing record as the brochure.

    • 4 × 8 ft, 4 × 4 ft or 24 × 36 in, with 0.125 in bleed for your sign shop
    • Only a few lines that read from the road: offer, size, zoning and your contact
    • Tells you what to add when the sign would be thin, and never invents a line
  • Tracked QR codes

    Dynamic

The QR code on the sign opens the listing website or web viewer, whichever is switched on when someone scans it.

    • Switch the website or viewer on or off later and the printed code follows, so the sign never needs reprinting
    • Scans are counted, with bots ignored and no IP address stored
    • The sign dialog shows the scan count and where the code opens today
  • Client activity report

    For sellers and landlords

What the marketing did this period, to send to your client: real counts, never estimates.

    • Views, visitors, web-viewer opens, PDF downloads, QR scans and enquiries; tiles without data are left out
    • Where visitors came from (sign, email, social, direct), and your own lines for calls, tours and offers
    • Copy as text or print / save as PDF; optionally emailed to you, not your client, every week
  • Email blast

    HTML email

A listing email built from your brochure data, ready to paste into the email tool you already use.

    • Three subject-line options from your facts
    • Desktop and phone preview; copy the HTML or download the .html file
    • A footer slot for your CASL sender and unsubscribe details
  • Listing website

    One page per listing

A public page with photos, key facts, highlights, a map and your contacts, in your brand colours.

    • Off until you switch it on
    • “Request the OM” form emails each request to you
    • Hide the price for “price on request” listings
  • Web viewer link

    In the browser

Your document page by page in the browser, with chapters and phone navigation.

    • You decide whether the PDF can be downloaded
    • Opens and downloads are counted in the activity report

Good to know

How it fits together

  • These tools need a paid document or a plan. The free preview is watermarked and view-only.
  • Everything reads the same listing record, so a corrected price or area changes the sign, email and website on the next build.
  • Visit counts exclude known bots and store no personal data; enquiry names appear in a client report only when you choose to show them.
