Edit on the page, not in a form

Your facts are entered in Start a brochure or the OM builder. The wording is polished on the finished pages: you see each page exactly as it prints, click any heading, paragraph, label, table cell, caption, offer line or call to action, and type over it.

Where to find it

  • Start a brochure: on the Generate step, after your preview or once the output is unlocked, choose “Edit text on pages”.
  • OM builder: “Edit text on pages…” in the header (save your changes first).
  • My listings: the card menu, “Edit text on pages”.

How edits behave

  • Press Enter (Ctrl+Enter in a paragraph) to save, Esc to cancel. Wrap words in **double asterisks** for bold in a paragraph.
  • Edited text shows a dashed marker. Longer text is set slightly smaller so the layout holds; if it still doesn’t fit, you’re told.
  • Undo and redo (Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Shift+Z), “Reset to original” on any element, “Reset this page”, or “Reset all”.
  • An edit applies wherever the same text appears: teaser, brochure, full OM and BOV.
  • Edits never change your listing facts. If you later change the fact a sentence came from, the old edit is set aside and the new text shows.

Free preview and paid outputs

You can edit on the watermarked free preview to see the result. Your edits are saved and carry into the clean PDF once the output is unlocked. After editing an unlocked output, download it again to include the changes.

Editable PowerPoint

Once an output is unlocked, “Editable PowerPoint” downloads a .pptx with one slide per page and real text boxes over the page artwork, ready for PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides. Maps and photos come in as images. The free preview never includes an editable file.
