What it controls

OfferingStack finds neighbouring businesses and amenities around your property automatically. The “Nearby businesses to feature” list lets you decide which of them are shown. Your choices apply to the map pins, the location pages, every output (teaser, brochure, full OM and BOV) and the “Nearby businesses” section of your listing website.

Where to find it

  • Start a brochure: in the page review step, open “Nearby businesses to feature”. It appears when the address lookup found businesses.
  • OM builder: Market & comps tab, the “Nearby businesses to feature” card.

Hide, show and reorder

  • Untick a business or amenity to leave it out. The count (for example “75 of 76 featured”) updates as you go.
  • Use the up and down buttons to change the print order inside a group.
  • “Back to automatic” clears your choices and returns to the automatic list.

Nothing is deleted: a business you hide can be ticked again at any time, and generating again does not bring hidden ones back.

Add a business

“Add a business” lets you type a name and choose whether it is a neighbouring business or an amenity (and the amenity category). OfferingStack looks the name up once near your property; if it finds a match, the pin and a calculated distance are added. If it can’t find one, the business is listed without a pin or distance. You can remove anything you added.

Logos

Logos on your maps are matched by name. To use your own logo for a business, add it under “Business logos on your maps” in the OM builder and confirm you have the right to use it.
